Friday May 31

Brandy Ham Memorial Golf Tournament, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, Eagle Crest Resort (Resort Course).  Let us know if you want to play golf and we will submit your name (and the names of your teammates) to the golf committee. They will assign you to a team/tee time and provide details on the tournament. Pay green fees at the golf course when you get there. 

Paul Heidtke Memorial Welcome Reception, 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Join us in the "pocket Park" at Eagle Crest for a family friendly gathering. Food and drink provided!

Saturday, June 1, Educational Sessions 

Registration and breakfast opens at 7:00 am. Opening announcements and vendor Introductions 7:45 am. Education sessions begin at 8:00 am.

Eagle Crest Hotel: To get our group rate, you MUST book your room by calling 855-682-4786 and mentioning that you are with the Oregon Pest Control Association for the High Desert Seminar. The room rate is $209 for a 1 bedroom suite, or $189 for a double queen room. The cut off date for reserving under our block is April 30, 2024.

Please register your booth through the exhibitor registration link. You do not need to register as an attendee if you register there because the exhibit booth rate includes your attendee registration.
