Nominations and applications are now open for NPMA’s 2026 industry awards and grants. This year’s program includes established recognition opportunities, along with two new additions: the Technology Adopter Award and the PestVets Next Rank Fund.

These awards and funding opportunities recognize leadership, innovation, service, sustainability, professional growth, and meaningful contributions to the pest management industry.

• Culture Catalyst Award
  Recognizes organizations with standout workplace cultures that attract, retain, and engage top talent. Sponsored by Arrow Exterminators.
• Emerging Leaders Award
  Celebrates rising professionals who show exceptional promise and commitment to the pest management industry. Sponsored by Rentokil Terminix.
• Excellence in Sustainability Award

• NPMA Gives Award

2026 Funding Opportunities

• New in 2026: PestVets Next Rank Fund
  Provides financial assistance to honorably discharged military veterans currently employed in the pest control industry.
• PWIPM Professional Empowerment Grants
  Offers financial support for women pursuing careers and advancement in pest management. Supported by Rentokil Terminix.

Important Dates and Details

• Deadline: All nominations and applications must be submitted by June 30, 2026.
• Award Presentation: Recipients will be recognized at PestWorld 2026, October 20–23, 2026, in Grapevine, Texas.
• Submission Process: Award nominations and grant applications can be submitted through NPMA’s centralized online portal.
