May 31
Brandy Ham Memorial Golf Tournament – 10:00 am
The annual Brandy Ham Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Eagle Crest Resort, Ridge Course off Coopers Hawk Rd, west of Cline Falls Hwy, 541-923-5002. Cost: $110 includes cart, range balls, green fees and a box lunch. Golfers, $20 of your golf registration goes to the OPCA Legislative Action Fund. Check in no later than 10:00 am and shoot a few practice shots. Then, grab your lunch and be ready to go because tee times begin at 10:30 am. To register, complete the golf tournament registration form online or the hard copy form. Please pay on general registration form. Each player with get a free raffle ticket when they register. There will also be the standard prizes for the individual team members depending on how well their team plays.
River Rafting with Sun Country Tours - Friday Afternoon
We will meet at Sun Country Tours at 10:00 am and take a fairly short ride to the Upper Deschutes River. The bus leaves at 10:30 am, don't be late! The Big Eddy whitewater rafting adventure is a three-mile journey down an energetic section of the beautiful Deschutes River. Space held for 10 people. Children must be older than 6 years of age. Adults $60, Kids 6-12 years old $50. Tour limited to 25 people, but we can increase if interest. Sun Country Tours is located at 531 SW 13th St, Bend, OR 97702. Meet at 10:00 am at the tour office. The bus leaves at 10:30 am and will return you back to their office around 1:00.
Paul Heidtke Memorial Barbecue – 5:00 - 8:00 pm
Honor the life of long time member Paul Heidtke and enjoy the world famous barbecue by Pit Master Rich Kesesker. Attendees are encouraged to bring their family members! There’s no extra charge, just RSVP on the registration form. Eagle Crest "Pocket Park".

Registration and breakfast opens at 7:00 am. Opening announcements and vendor Introductions 7:45 am. Education sessions begin at 8:00 am.
