Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our Southern Oregon Seminar, Friday, November 17, 2017. Booth set-up will begin at 6:30 am in the meeting room. Attendee registration for the seminar opens at 7:15 am.  Opening announcements and vendor introductions will begin at 8:00 am.

HALF EXHIBIT TABLE
$150 (OPCA Allied Members only)
• Half Table for exhibitors who are unable to attend but would like to have materials set out for attendees

BREAKFAST/LUNCH SPONSOR
$500 (OPCA Allied Members only)
• Sponsorship sign will be on the table
• Recognition from the podium
• Exhibit Table at the Seminar

BREAK SPONSOR
$150 (OPCA Allied Members only)
• Sponsorship sign will be on the table

POWER POINT PACKAGE 
- $50
• Power point slide looped with others before event starts, on breaks, and between speakers. 

•Acknowledgement at the event for your support from current or past President

DRAWING/RAFFLE PRIZES - Open Donation

• These are donated items that are given as prizes during our drawings and raffles.
• Proceeds of the raffle are split between our Scholarship Fund and General Fund.

Accommodations – Grants Pass

Three hotels that are relatively close to the Bear Hotel. Note, the Bear Hotel is not actually a hotel, so if you plan to stay over the night before or after, you’ll need to book a room somewhere else! Here’s some options:
