Friday, September 18

Golf Tournament. The golf tournament will be at Seaside Golf Club. This course is right in Seaside and is easy to find.  Includes shared carts, green fees, and box lunch. Check in by 9:30 am The first tee time is 10 am and teams go off every 10 minutes. If you have any questions, special team requests, or prizes to donate call Dave Ottovich at 541-729-8629.  Register online or on the golf flyer.

Fishing.  Note TIKI Charter had to cancel! so everyone is with World Class Fishing. They will have6 person sleds at a cost of $195 per person. CLICK HERE for details on fishing.

Welcome Reception.  Save your golf and fishing stories for our Welcome Social on Friday night around 6 pm. Visit with friends and enjoy some beverages, then head out to the beach for our Bonfire! There’s no extra charge, just RSVP on the registration form! Hosted by our friends at Univar.

Beach Bonfire. The hotel has arranged a beach Bonfire to begin at 8:00 pm after Univar's Reception. Join us and make some yummy s'mores on the beach!

Saturday, September 19

Registration for the seminar opens at 7:15 am. Opening announcements and vendor introductions will begin at 7:45 am.  

B&G Rebuilder Class: This is an optional class during the afternoon. If you are attending, have your sprayers completely rinsed and the hose and valve drained and empty prior to the class. Bring all the tools to work with Click this LINK for the list of tools needed. We will provide a good supply of wiping cloths. A B&G rebuilder kit will need to be purchased and we will have those available on site.

CE Credits. ODA approved 7 hours (including 2 Core in the afternoon session). 4 OCHI credits. 7 WSDA credits.

OPCA has a block of rooms reserved for Thursday-Saturday, September 17-19. Single queen $85; Double queen standard $139; Double queen north beach view $159; Double queen ocean view $179; King ocean view $199. The room booking deadline has been extended to August 23 to get the block rate.
